This bee meets one a week and works on projects that a donated to local charities. No Experience is necessary but lots of fun is had. It is a come and go as you like. Some ladies bring snacks for the group and stay all day. No charge and materials are funished. Some of the local charities include:
Groveton Nursing Home
Avalon Nursing Home
W.E.L.C.O.M.E. Baby Ministry - Ministry for Premature Babies born in the Houston area.
Childrens Protective Services in Houston and Trinity County
as well as many others.
Donation quilt made with the residents at Avalon Nursing Home in Trinity as a fund raiser for their activities
